Subscription Plan
Weekly Subscription
- The App offers a weekly subscription plan providing:
- Ad-free experience: Subscribers can use the App without advertisements.
- Weekly credits: Subscribers receive a defined number of credits every week for generating avatars and using premium features.
- The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by the user prior to the renewal date.
Additional Credits
Users may purchase additional credits through one-time in-app purchases, regardless of subscription status.
Payment and Billing
- Payments are charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at the time of purchase.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Subscription Management
- Users can manage their subscription and turn off auto-renewal through their iTunes or Google Play account settings.
- Canceling the subscription prevents future charges but does not refund payments already made. Benefits remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
Usage of Credits
- Credits are non-transferable and usable only within the App.
- Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the subscription week.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, subscription benefits, including ad-free access and weekly credits, will be lost.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
